The 2024 FIFA Football Awards took center stage on December 17, 2024, at the prestigious Aspire Academy in Education City, Qatar.
This highly anticipated event celebrated football’s finest players, coaches, and memorable moments from the past year in a glamorous ceremony attended by fans and sports icons alike.
One of the night’s biggest highlights was the crowning of Brazil’s Vinícius Jr as Men’s Player of the Year, a recognition of his extraordinary performances for Real Madrid and the Brazilian national team.
FIFA President Gianni Infantino presented the award to Vinícius during the ceremony. On the women’s side, Spain’s Aitana Bonmatí claimed the Women’s Player of the Year title, following her standout contributions to FC Barcelona and her national team.
