CCTV Footage Shows Military Officers Storming Ikeja Electric Office

A newly surfaced CCTV footage has captured the moment armed military officers forcibly entered the Ikeja Electric office, attacking staff members and causing panic within the premises.

The video, which quickly went viral on X (formerly Twitter) on Monday, shows the officers aggressively kicking down doors and forcing their way into different sections of the building.

The footage was shared by Arise TV journalist Oseni Rufai, revealing the officers dressed in full military gear and wielding whips as they stormed the premises. In the clip, a female employee can be seen running in fear toward a staircase, attempting to escape the sudden invasion.

This incident follows an earlier report from March 6, which noted a previous case of armed military personnel entering Ikeja Electric under similar circumstances.

According to Ikeja Electric, the invasion happened after the company disconnected a military office over an unpaid electricity bill of N4 billion.
