PHOTOS: Tinubu Returns to Abuja After UK, France Trip

President Bola Tinubu, on Monday night, returned to Abuja following a working visit to Europe that lasted more than two weeks.

His plane landed at the Presidential Wing of the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport at about 9:50 p.m., where he was welcomed by several top government officials.

The Nigerian leader left the country on April 2 and spent time in both Paris and London during the trip. Though away from home, President Tinubu continued to engage with major government figures back in Nigeria.

On the President’s return, those present to receive him included the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Senator George Akume; Chief of Staff, Femi Gbajabiamila; National Security Adviser, Nuhu Ribadu; Minister of Budget and Economic Planning, Atiku Bagudu; and the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Nyesom Wike.
