JUST IN: EFCC Releases VeryDarkMan After Detention

Social media figure Martins Otse, widely known as VeryDarkMan, has been released from the custody of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).

His release was made public on Wednesday through a post by former presidential candidate and human rights activist Omoyele Sowore on his verified X (formerly Twitter) account.

Sowore noted, “Thanks to unrelenting efforts of all @thatverydarkman has been released from unjust detention at the @officialEFCC. He is with his ebullient lawyer, @adeyanjudeji.”
