President Bola Tinubu on Saturday welcomed several high-profile guests at his Lagos residence as part of the ongoing Sallah celebrations.
Among the visitors was James Ibori, the former governor of Delta State, who arrived to pay his respects and join in the festive mood. Also present was Minister of Budget and Economic Planning, Abubakar Bagudu.
Business mogul and founder of Eleganza Industries, Chief Razak Okoya, also visited the president. He came with his wife, Shade Okoya, and their son. The family joined others to spend part of the Eid-el-Kabir holiday with the president, who has been in Lagos since late May.
Tinubu, who arrived in Lagos on May 27, has had a full schedule. Since his arrival, he has participated in the 50th anniversary of the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS).
President Tinubu is expected to remain in Lagos through the end of the Eid-el-Kabir celebration before returning to the Federal Capital Territory to resume official duties.
