JUST IN: Former Governor Loses Wife

Former Governor of Oyo State, Oba Rasidi Adewolu Ladoja, who also holds the title of Otun Olubadan of Ibadanland, has lost one of his wives, Mrs. Tinuade Ladoja. According to reports, she passed away on Monday, October 14, 2024, at the age of 71.

The news of her passing has sent waves of sorrow across the community, especially among the members of the Celestial Church of Christ, where she was a well-respected figure.

Tinuade Ladoja was not only known as the wife of the prominent former governor, but she also played a significant role in her religious community.

She was a member of the Pastor-in-Council, which is the highest decision-making body of the Celestial Church of Christ. Her involvement in church matters, along with her influence, made her a beloved figure within the religious community.

Mrs. Ladoja resided in Lagos until her death. Sources close to the family revealed that she passed away after a brief illness, although the exact cause of her death has not been disclosed.
