Atiku, Senator Abbo, Others Hold Coalition Meeting in Yola

Former Vice President Atiku Abubakar, Senator Ishaku Abbo, and Senator Aishatu Binani, along with several members of the All Progressives Congress (APC), are currently holding a coalition meeting in Yola, the capital of Adamawa State.

Atiku, who contested as the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) presidential candidate in the 2023 election, arrived at Yola International Airport in his private jet at exactly 12:48 p.m. Upon his arrival, he was welcomed by Senator Abbo. From there, his convoy proceeded to the American University of Nigeria (AUN) Hotel, where the meeting is taking place.

Although specific details of the meeting remain unclear, a close aide to Senator Binani confirmed her involvement in the discussions. The aide, who chose to remain anonymous, stated, “Since you see me here, it is clear that my principal is among the team leaders. She is engaged at the moment, but at the next meeting, you will see her.”
