Thierry Henry, the former French football star and coach, has stepped down from his role as the head coach of the France Under-21 national team. The French Football Federation made the announcement on Monday, stating that Henry’s resignation was due to “personal reasons.”
Henry’s departure marks the end of his tenure with the Under-21 team, where he had been working to develop young talent and guide them through various international competitions.
The news of his resignation was also confirmed by prominent football journalist Fabrizio Romano. Romano reported that Henry had “decided to terminate his contract” with the team. The reasons behind Henry’s decision were described as “personal.”
