President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has decided not to proceed with his scheduled return trip to France.
The President had initially been expected to return to France following his attendance at the swearing-in ceremony for Justice Kudirat Kekere-Ekun as the new acting Chief Justice of Nigeria.
Reports indicate that a flight tracking service had previously shown a departure for Nice, France, scheduled for Friday afternoon. However, it has now been confirmed that the presidential flight plan has been cancelled.
A reliable source disclosed to The Guardian, “President Bola Tinubu will no longer be going back to France. He is presently in Aso Rock.”
