President Bola Tinubu has left for Paris, France, on a two-week working visit. The trip, which began on Wednesday, will focus on reviewing his administration’s progress and setting strategies for the coming years.
A statement from Tinubu’s Special Adviser on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga, noted that the visit will allow the President to assess key milestones of his government at the mid-term mark. The statement, titled ‘President Tinubu to embark on working visit to Paris’, also mentioned that Tinubu will use the time to evaluate the effectiveness of ongoing reforms.
At around 11:00 a.m. local time, the President’s convoy was seen departing his official residence, signaling the start of his trip.
The Presidency further noted that Tinubu will engage in strategic planning ahead of his administration’s second anniversary. The visit is expected to provide an opportunity for the President to reflect on the policies implemented so far and determine necessary adjustments.
