First Lady Honoured with Chieftaincy Title During Enugu Visit

The wife of Nigeria’s President, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, was on Tuesday honoured with the traditional title of “Ugosimba 1 of Enugu” during her visit to Enugu State.

The special title, which means “Jewel of Empowerment” in the Igbo language, was given to her in recognition of her consistent efforts to improve the lives of women and support community development across the country.

The ceremony was held during her working visit to the South-East region, where she met with various women’s groups and traditional rulers.

The event took place in the presence of royal fathers, government officials, and members of the public who gathered to witness the cultural celebration and show their support..
